Abstract

Crisis Action Planning and Execution is a complex process that spans situation awareness, execution planning, and execution. This paper presents the system concept and technical architecture, and key functionalities of a process-centric, web-based, crisis action planning and execution system. Key capabilities of the system include facilities for: a) creating a library of component processes/plans required for crisis action planning and execution; b) creating a crisis response plan from component processes; c) executing the plan; and d) replanning as needed in response to key events.
