Wins $2.3M in E-Learning R&D Awards
Santa Monica, CA – July 14, 2003 – Intelligent Systems Technology, Inc. (ISTI) (www.intelsystech.com), a leading provider of business process management, e-learning, and performance support solutions announced today that it has been awarded $2.32 million for innovative R&D leading to technology commercialization. The contracts will provide the U.S. military with several innovative, next-generation technologies for e-learning and performance support.
The $2.32 million surge in funding is sponsored by the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command, the U.S. Air Operations Center, NAVSEA, and Tinker Air Force Base. ISTI will spend the upcoming months developing several unique technologies including: an adaptive e-learning portal that allows for rapid knowledge, skill, and aptitude training; a web-based collaborative process training system; a multi-media, intelligent e-learning portal designed for on demand real-time maintenance training; and a multi-media enabled, advanced logistics system for shipboard use.
